BOS CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental operators, ferry companies, hoteliers, tour operators or any other supplier or third party. We have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier or other third party. We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require. In circumstances where liability of BOS CENTER. cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. BOS CENTER reserves the right to decline any booking.

It is essential that you enter details of each traveler correctly and according to passport or other identification. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the traveler's name varies from your booking and may cancel automatically if the traveler's name is amended. BOS CENTER is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect entry of traveler's name nor for any inability to travel as a result of carrier's policies.

Once the Order/Project is started and Client gets ready to pay Order/Project cost mentioned in the proposal document in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as mutually agreed Payments once paid are non-cancellable and Project cost paid are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes. If any dispute arises out of any dissatisfaction with the software and related to its deliverable,, Client must notify BOS Center Pvt Ltd. within seven (7) days after the date of the commencement. If Client notifies BOS Center Pvt Ltd. that it is unsatisfied with a Deliverable and BOS Center Pvt Ltd determines in its sole reasonable discretion that the Deliverable has failed to reasonably meet the applicable specifications so BOS Center Pvt Ltd. will provide a replacement via online or through cheque, 80% of the Project value.
Clients hereby agree not to issue or file for any chargebacks or payment reversals for any Deliverables.
